About Jackie Incorvia

Jackie Incorvia is an E-RYT 500 with over 1000 hours of training experience and over 10,000 hours of teaching experience. She began practicing yoga in 2005 and has been teaching since 2009, working with a wide range of practitioners from brand new beginners to those studying to become yoga teachers. Jackie teaches full-time on the north shore of Long Island, NY, and is available to work privately with individuals and small groups in addition to her public regularly-scheduled classes that meet weekly. She specializes in working with chronic conditions and injuries, integrating her knowledge of anatomy and dynamic movement into the practice, as well as weaving in the philosophical teachings of yoga and the unseen, less obvious elements of the practice that can be deeply influential to mind, body, and soul.
