Class Schedule

Restorative Yoga classes include only seated and reclined postures with the use of props and would be suitable for beginner practitioners as well as experienced practitioners looking for a gentle and meditative practice. It can even be practiced in the case of injuries or conditions.

Mindful Hatha Yoga Gentle includes seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined postures at a slower pace and most injuries and conditions can be accommodated for.

All Levels Yoga classes are moderately-paced and include seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined postures. Some injuries and conditions can be accommodated for more easily than others in a class such as this, send Jackie an email if you've got something going on that may affect how you can move.

Ashtanga-Inspired Vinyasa classes are a bit faster-paced and some injuries/conditions are more easily accommodated for than others. This class also includes seated, standing, reclined, and kneeling postures, including weight-bearing on the hands/arms. Send Jackie an email if you've got an injury or condition that you'll practicing with.
