You must sign up at www.mindfulturtle.com for these classes. A practice based off of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition, which incorporates Sun Salutations (some weight bearing on the hands (i.e. plank poses, upward facing dog, downward facing dog)), fundamental standing poses, as well as a variation of seated and reclined postures each held about 5 breaths. Poses will work on mobilization as well as stabilization, and instruction will be given on breathing throughout the practice.
