Service Description

This class will take place entirely from a chair, making it ideal for those who have injuries or conditions that prohibit bearing weight in the hands or the feet. We will focus on breathing, gentle stretching, and some mild strengthening. All you need is a chair (preferably one without arms) and a non-skid surface beneath.
